I've never done any case forming.  This is new to me.  First can you form 25-20 wcf from 32 20?  How difficult is it and where can you get forming dies?  I see on Midwayusa that 25-20 wcf has gone from seasonal to discontinued.  Some help is needed.

Forming dies?  Normally, that's just using the 25-20 sizer and it should work well if appropriately lubricated (not too little, not too much).  If too much resistance or wrinkles, annealing might be required (unless you  - but nothing special to form 25-20 from 32-20

Try forming 577-450 from 24-gauge brass, now that is quite a bit harder...

I resized about 90 32-20 into 25-20 WCF using a sizing die and case lube.  I lost a few at first due to operator error and hard brass.  I annealed them and it worked much better.

Get your self a trim die and use it for your first pass. then use the 25-20 WCF die set. You won't loose and and won't have to over anneal your brass.
