4F makes a very good duplex load, and then a total BP charge.  5grs is sufficient

be sure to check the rules of the organization you are shooting with.  Some rule systems permit duplex charging, but ONLY with BP.  Others may allow a limited amount of smokeless as an ignitor.  some may have outlawed duplex loads completely.
