Leo from Boomer Molds can build you a .25 caliber mold.
I can provide Leo a Paul Jones 122 grain spitzer to duplicate if you want one of those.
Or forward one of the 120 Mos bullets for him to duplicate.
Depends on your rifle twist how long a bullet you can use.
Leo builds custom molds at a modest price.

If you' re going to shoot BP, you'll either have to pick something at accurate moulds or if you want something roundnose, design something yourself and have it made...
That's what I did for my 30-20 BP.

Definitely something for BP. Dan Theodore has been kind enough to provide a design that should carry enough lube for my 28" stainless barrel with BP. May be a total bust trying to get BP to shoot in a 25cal, but I've got everything to try, save a proper bullet.

Must be possible - no reason why it shouldn't work, given enough lube capacity and a sufficiently heavy bullet.  After all, 16-17grs of BP won't leave that much fouling behind.
I know my 30-20 shoots lights out  with a 150gr bullet, you're welcome to the design if you want to.

as far as I know Accurate Molds does not lathe cut any molds smaller that .30 cal.

however www.NOEBullet molds.com has a wide selection of .25 cal in brass AL and Iron.  PB or GC and in multi cavity in a range of weights up to 125 gr.
I recently acquired one of their 125 gr ones-----however it may prove to be a little long and heavy for the twist in 2 or my 3 25-20ss rifles.

Thus far I've received one quote for a 2-cavity 25cal mold to my design for $325. I'm checking with others.

Since no one has suggested it...you could also use original Ideal/Lyman .25 moulds.  I am using the Ideal 25716 @ 100grs. & 25720 @96gr. in 20-1 lead/tin.  Using 3FG Swiss in a Ballard No.3 .25-25 Stevens, I am getting 3/8" groups at 50yds. using the Windage adj. globe front & vernier tang rear.  Blow tubing will give 1" groups..good for hunting, but for match shooting 1 barely damp patch thru after each shot does the trick.

Jim Borton made my custom 32 mould and I couldn't be happier.
Don't know if he makes a .25, but couldn't hurt to ask.
Also in the for sale section there is a single shot products sticky to check through.

This is a near copy of the Mos bullet. The only difference is the bore riding nose of .252, is parallel. The Mos nose is tapered and starts at .250 and ends at .254 forward of the first band. I doubt that there will be any difference in accuracy but, only your rifle will be able to tell.

Mountain Molds, design your own and reasonable prices.
Sorry, he does not make .25, but he does make 6.5mm which could easily be sized down to .259 or so.
The 6.5mm can be had as small as .261.

Sweet mould design Glenn. I would talk to Jim at BACO and see if he would make it.I sent him a description and he made one of my .38 moulds for $15.00 extra .  Bill

I would send your drawing over to Leo at Boomer's. He made me a .32cal 238gr Paul Jones spitzer from a drawing I sent him.

His moulds quality compares to my Mos and Hoch moulds.  Its one of the best casting moulds I own and was cheaper than the other two mentioned.
