Got my Wurfflein yesterday, in good shape.
The left side has 4 small screws in it, I think some sort of sight might have been mounted there. The forearm has a small relief also.
Any conjectures?

The right & left side on this one has none of the screws on either side like yours.  Presume some kind of fabricated sight was on it.  Same with 38-55 I have.  Your serial & caliber are ?
