I guess I should be able to answer this myself.  C.Sharps Hi-Wall repro, .32-40 fixed cartridge - found load, 14.5grs IMR4227 (1405fps).  Cartridge was about .025" away from lands.  I thought I would test having Pb bullet into lands about .035 (guesstimate of 1/2 land width) to see if accuracy improves.  I assume I should back off .5gr for this? (Off to Expo-Chantilly,VA gunshow... cabin fever, help first-timer buy pistol.)
