Whom to buy 40 cal lead bullets from?

I just bought a silhouette rifle. Browning BPCR, 30", 40-65.

I just don't have it in me at this time to cast my own bullets.

Lookin' for recommendations on a vendor. There are a couple in the SSE.

Very accurate rifle.

Here are three. I've used Chey & Buffalo arms and thought they were fine. But, casting your own is the only way to go long-term if you want to be competitive.

smokeless or bp?  either way, chey-cast 1:20 with bp lube will work just fine.  though i cast all my own now, i've used chey-cast in the past.

I'd also check out Buffalo Arms.

A while back there were some postings on the Shiloh forum from TexasMac who shoots the same rifle.  He did a number of tests and posted photos of his 200m groups with a number of bullet designs.  That might be of use to you.

Ballards may be weaker,
but they sure are neater!

Have you slugged the bore, to determine what bullet size you'll need?
