Funny thing at the range today

Shooting my two 25-20 Single Shot rifles today. Had a chronograph set up. Three rounds from my High Wall average 2040 fps and three rounds from my Martini Cadet almost 200 fps faster. Jacketed 75 gr bullets.  Only thing I can think of is the bore in the High Wall is larger allowing blowby. It is a rebore.  I have absolutely no groups with cast bullets.
