Membership question

I've been using your forum as an outsider long enough.  I'd like to join the ASSRA but have a question after reading the membership form on the main page.

I'm a Canadian so I guess I'll pay by money order.  However, the form does not state who to make the money order payable to.  Is it simply ASSRA?
