What changes should be made limiting the Off-Topic
Dec 24th, 2013 at 7:13pm

It has been suggested that a poll would be useful in indicating how the membership views limiting some topics on the forum.  This relates ONLY to the OFF-Topic area.  It has been further suggested that NO comments be made, just votes.  (PM me if you have comments.)

I've never done one, but by reading the options you should be able to tell what I want.
This poll will close in 4 days. Results will be posted when the poll closes.

Pick as many as apply to how you feel:

Shouldn't this thread be in "off topic chatter" ? It's not about single shots.   Smiley

CW, when you are not interested in OffTopicChatter, why do you read it?

I don't understand your idea to limit OT-chatter and forbid any exchange of ideas in the OT-section, which was created for OT.

+1. If you don't care for what is in the 'off topic' forum, don't go there. Very simple.

Amazing it was suggested by a moderator that someone step up to the plate to start the Poll and CW was man enough to do so only to see some of you folks turn on him like a bunch of vultures. The way I read his original post it was not open to debate and all you had to do was simply cast your vote and leave it at that.

So why didn't you just vote, Louis?  Why are you posting negative remarks? Calling people vultures?

Ahhhh.  But there is the element of fear!

Will POLITICS discussions be banned?
Such great entertainment will be lost!

Will the HUMOR section be retained?  Horrors!  It is the greatest  source of entertainment for some and a reason some have LEFT the ASSRA in disgust!

Did we check a photo ID in order to vote?
Would JoeB have declared it discriminatory and therefore unconstitutional if we did?

Will ANYTHING be done?

Place your bets!

The results will be public in about 11 hours!
