The rifle is a copy of a 1791 Christian Beck from the Golden Age era. It has a cast off stock and a swamped barrel with a single set trigger. The barrel is 42" and since it is swamped it handles very well and it is .45 caliber. I took the checkering and design off of another rifle that I liked better but the basic rifle is a Christian Beck design. The Golden Age rifles are really nice guns. I have a better camera but cannot figure out how to make the pictures small enough to post yet.
