Mystery barrel ?

I have a heavy octagon bbl. .22lr. No markings as to mfg. I assume an aftermarket bbl?
It is 28 1/2" long,  1 1/8" across the flats at breech end.  7/8" across the flats at the muzzle.
It has about 1 1/2" of receiver end with about  5/8 ths "of threads.in middle of breech end. Angled extractor cut about 7 o clock.
It has a number 3 stamped ahead of , and behind the fore end screw base. Also, a star and a 1(?) next,to the breech. In very good condition.
I would like to know who the mfg. is and what it fits.  Winchester 1885, stevens 44, or .?
Thanks for any consideration.

This is the for sale section. Need to post it in general discussion section. Or could put a price on it.
