I'd try wyoming armory in Cody, WY:

These are guys that used to own and work at Ballard when it was in Cody.  They're producing high walls and parts now.

Wyoming Armory is only finishing parts being made for them by MVA. 

Also, try DZ Arms in OKC. Dan Zimmerman is producing most common parts for High/Low Walls and makes good parts (his primary business is aerospace mfg).
