Test fired new project for first time today. Still stock finishing and polishing and blueing to finish it up. Two rounds to get on paper and then 5 for group. 112 Yds Saeco 632 tapered bullet seated to push two driving bands into rifling. Yellow stickers are .750 dia.

Who's barrel and did you smith it? It always encouraging when it works right out the gate and it can only get better if you pursue doing so.

32-40 Douglas Barrel 15.1 4227 hand lubed bullet no wad.I did all the work.

Nice rifle!  The 1-1/4" Varmint scopes are favorites, too.
