For those interested Rotometals has a chart on their wed site for their Cerosafe product that shows the shrink growth stable time table cycle. Click on the product and it will take you there.

CF .22 liners CCJ used had a taper at breech end and were thus able to handle the cf chamber.

Thanks for the info.  I did some preliminary loading with some help from dennismc.
I just got some imr4198 powder and am waiting for the weather to get better
here in Ohio so I can work up a good load.  Thanks all
