I posted earlier today about a Ballard I purchased. It is in 32 rf/cf . The barrel is pretty much toast so a reline is in order. It is a cast action. Can it safely be lined to 25-20 win?

I would suggest relining and chambering to 25/20ss. It has a smaller casehead (less thrust on the breech block) and the extractor needs no work. That what I did with my Ballard 32rf/cf, but I rebarreled mine.
