Several years ago Wisner said he planned on making replacement breach blocks for the Favorite. He said there are four different breach blocks for this action.
I am guessing but:
1. Side cut for extractor, probably 1886 model.
2. Narrow center extractor, early 1894 model.
3a. Mid width body, wide tip extractor mid range 1894 model.
3b. Mid width extractor (about .200" wide full length) late 1894 model.
4. Wide (.250") width extractor/ejector, 1915 model.
Then there are the the later Model 30, Model 44 & Model 44-1/2. but are they still classed as 'Favorite' actions.
Added by EDIT 20130923: Also, there would be some difference in rim positions of the .22RF, the .25RF, and the .32RF cartridges they were chambered for.
