I have picked up a new smooth cut file from Fastenal and am working on building a copy of the "spinning"fixture to hold the barrel. Since I don't have a mill I  am making it out of a piece of 1X2 oak I picked up at a good price. I will make the centers from Delrin as I have a lathe and some of that on hand. I should be up and running on the barrel by next week if the spirits are willing.
