I am working on making a neck sizing bushing for a 44-77. I would like to have the bushing size right down the the shoulder junction. Does anyone know what the shoulder angle is on the 44-77 case or chamber?

Sam, I don't shoot a .44-77 but if you cannot find an answer here, ask Don McDowell on HistoricShooting.com or the cast bullets bpcr forum as he is a big fan of that cartridge.

Don McDowell is one of the more 'active' posters on the Shiloh Sharps forum:

Look for the "cow face" (seriously).
Free to join and likely the most active BPCR oriented forum out there. Several 44-77 threads.
Also, check out the PTG website. You can likely download the drawing for the 44-77 from same.

Sam, 1st of all, I don't know what all measurements you mean by 'chamber'.  Plus you'll need more than just the shoulder angle ...
Anyway, down to the basement and pulled out Cartridge Conversions:
Length to shoulder - 1.56
Shoulder length - .21
Shoulder diameter - .502
Angle degree/sides - 4.76 degrees

PS: It is a great reference book in one's library.
