The swivels make me think stalker/light sporter with a basic lolipop rear sight.   I had an 8/15x46r that was set up that way.
I wonder if the owner has done a chamber cast yet.   
The barrel inscription does appear truncated but I wonder why a barrel would be set back that much.

Have you taken the action apart? Is the rifle striker fired like most martinis or does it have an internal hammer? I love German rifles & have a martini made in Austria by Sodia, the action appears like a normal martini but has an internal hammer that strikes the firing pin instead of being striker fired.

Back when this subject was originally posted, I wrote that I had a similar rifle, with absolutely no markings at all.  I finally got round to taking some pics.  Here they are.
