John Boy,
You have a very beautiful outfit there. That sight is a work of art. Do you mind if I ask what it cost you?

Frank, the total cost was $685.60 ($650 for sights, $35.60 postage). That's for Bill fitting them to the rifle, diopter, new adjustable windage base and 2 different size pin head inserts

Needless to say, I am very pleased.  The sights compliment the rifle.  CH4D is sending a 9.5X47R 3 die set and I now have 80 Bertram cases that drop in the chamber perfectly.  There are no more for sale now.
Next objective is bullets - a 175gr round nose.  If I knew these obsolete bullets were stop rings, I'd have Jim at Buffalo Arms open up their 8.15X46R stop ring mold to 9.5 and then I'd have the complete package.  I've contacted every cartridge collector for a 9.5X47R loaded round so I could pull the bullet and see what it looks like.  No collector has one  Sad

For the work envolved, that is a very fair price, CCed and all. That diopter is worth at least $100 all by itself.

Beautiful rifle, but the sight is amazing. Never really looked at one before. Think you got a bargain.  Wonder how he did the pattern on inside of the diopter? Thanks for the excellent pictures.
