Thank you to those whom we have spoken to for your patience. David has been treated for depression and anxiety for the past 2 1/2 years. After seeing 7 plus specialists in the past months to diagnose his condition and critique his medications (which some meds only made his condition worse and exasperated physical conditions while creating debilitating effects) he finally has a break through. As of July 26th the VA hospital in Little Rock has determined that David's B-12 level was drastically low as this was the reason for most of his health issues. He is now being treated and taking high doses of B-12 to rectify the condition and is already feeling much better and is now getting his ducks back in a row which have strayed over the past year or so.

Thank you for your patience. Mould orders will be shipped as soon as possible, some within days.

Regarding B-12. Please go online and research B-12 defficiancy. It may prevent others from going through what David has had to under go.

Thanks for posting this.  We wish Dave the best - he's been very supportive of us individually and now it's our turn to return that support.

Thank you to you all. It has been very hard the past few months. When it rains it pours, but finally we have reached that light at the end of the tunnel. Smiley

Sorry to hear David suffers from B-12 deficiency. I have the problem due to malabsorptio tho not as bad as you describe. It is not fun. Now I take injection at home.

Any update on David's health? Is he "back at it"  making moulds? Hoping to get a 25cal mould ordered. Thanks.

The last I knew, his wife was posting on the CBA site about 6 or more months ago that he was out of the mold business for good.

David is now working for someone else and is not currently making moulds. I hope that might change in the future as there are not many quality custom mould makers left. I would shoot a PM to Jim Borton to get his phone number so you could talk over your needs. Great moulds and there allot out there winning with them.

SSS - David Mos finished our custom 22LR molds and the few other molds he had in backlog.  He told me on the phone - he will not be making anymore molds, instead his time will be making rifles.

I believe that Shelly communicated on CBA also - no more molds

As for a good 25cal mold, look at what Accurate Molds has to offer or send the spec's and he will do it.  I am highly impressed with the quality of Tom's molds

Jim has six 25 caliber cherries of varying designs and sizes just waiting to cut a mould. I would shy away from any aluminum block moulds not knowing what some of the others supply. If it wasn't for Jim and he son Josh this site would not exist nor would it stay up and running in good order. It would be nice if we as a group would at least take the time to see what Jim has to offer as his moulds and blocks are second to none and so is the service.

Thanks for the tips everyone. Just purchased a 25cal 117gr Mos mould from Gail at CPA rifles. Gail told me that David Mos is no longer in the 'retail' mould business and will only be selling moulds through folks like CPA Rifles. Similar to Hoch. Gail orders ten moulds at a time. If I cannot get the Mos mould to work I'll try one of the others.
