C. Sharps will sell you a replacement if that is what you are looking for. I don't believe that any other manufacturer's spirit levels are likely to fit that sight.
If you don't like the spirit level on that sight, you could always replace the entire front sight. Lee Shaver's front sight costs only about $20 more than a C. Sharps replacement vial.

Don't know about cost, but Pedersoli offers a front sight w/ about 8 different colored vials.

rando,
A lot of the originals used clear fluid, and had a light colored paper sandwiched between the vial and the sight body.
If the fluid in the vial itself isn't too dark, you might check and see if you can slip a small piece of cigarette paper into the sight body, then re-install the vial and see if it makes enough difference.

If the vial is glass with a lead plug sealing the fill hole it can be emptied and refilled with a lighter colored solution.

Make sure the vial has a permanent mark so you can get it back into proper position. Some are ground internally along the upper surface to aid the smooth movement of the bubble across the surface of the glass and provide a bit of arc if the vial itself is straight externally.
