Not sure what bench rest quality means particularly for something like the 25/35 that's rarely shot in bench rest competition. Oftentimes these buzz words don't mean a lot. Look in Bownells catalog and see how much junk is listed as "match" quality.

If good quality dies to be used in 7/8 threaded presses is what you are looking for C-H Die is a good place to check. You could get a set of regular dies and add a neck sizer for precise work with jacketed bullets. If loading fixed with cast a M die is the thing to have. Breech seat we don't use dies at all.  You are probably going to have  make the cases,  C-H form and trim dies are top notch too.

If the gunsmith asked me that question would give him a standard CH F/L die and get the rest based on how the chamber is actually cut and intended use

CH made a set for me in 219 Zipper which is based on the same case as the 25/35 just .22 cal.  F/L size form trim and bullet seater. They worked very well too.  Only shot Jackated in the Zipper.
