If it shoots as good as it looks, I'd say, you're good to go!

these rifles actually shoot pretty good,  I just installed the double set triggers in mine,  only to find out afterwards that the triggers only fire after the rear has been set,   nice set trigger pull, but kind of stinks that you cant just fire the gun with the front trigger withoust setting it 1st  Angry

Thanks, yes it does shoot well. The original owner sent me his last 50 yard target, shot with Wolf MT ammo and he did a 5/8" group. I have only shot about 5 or 6 groups with it as it is cold and windy in NJ these days but using Federal 711b, which is good stuff and not too expensive, I did get a 1" group. I am not great with peep sights but learning.

A word of encouragement from an old Boy Scout rifle range officer.  Use the largest  or medium ring aperture from the set in the front (globe) sight and your eye will very quickly become accustomed to seeking a perfect alignment of bulls eye within the front ring within the rear aperture.  It will be easier than you think!

Hi Azz.
If your new triggers are like the originals and have the same flat spring for the front trigger, you will need to use them when decocking the rifle. If you decock by pulling the front trigger only, you will eventually break the small return spring on the front trigger.  Just thought I'd mention that.  I find it a bit annoying but have gotten used to it.
I replaced my spring the first time then let a highpower shooter use the rifle. He didnt use the double set and broke the new spring.

im not familar with original double- sets but on these the front trigger does absolutely nothing until the rear trigger is set, then the front trigger fires the gun,  I was kind of disappointed when I found that out,
I just figured that they would work like the double-set on my renegade muzzleloader ,
