The worst part of this conversion is the over sized barrel. 32-20 uses a .312 or so diameter bullet. The 32 rf is .316 and sometimes shoots better with a .317 or bigger bullet. Factory ammo will tumble usually.

Better slug the barrel. I've found bores in 32 RF/CF to range from .3065 to .315. Check the latest SSE for an article on how to make 32 RF/CF brass, heeled bullets, etc. so that you don't have to alter the 44.

Not to mention the slow twist of the .32 RF barrels.   I have a 44 converted from .32 RF to .32-20, and it'll be wearing a new barrel soon.  The RF barrel is hopeless for .32-20, IMHO.

uscra112 has good advice, the conversion can be done but its not worth the time or money spent, the Ballard 32RF  I converted would hold about two inches at 50 YARDS.  I've often wondered what kind of accuracy the 32RF had back in the day.   ledball
