32-40 project

I am in the process of building a 32-40 on a Ruger #1 action.
What rate of twist would be the best for a heavy bullet?
What is the best gr. bullet for this barrel---using it for informal target shooting at 200 yds?
What kind of mould would be recommended?
Does Hoch make a nose-pour mould for the 32-40?
And the last question for this round of questions is.........is brass available and what is the best headstamp to purchase?
Thanks

As to twist Original was 1:16" most who use a uniform twist use a 1:14"  Ron Smith recommends a final twist of 1:11 1/2" on his gain twist barrels.  For informal target work I would recommend 1:14" from Douglas. Paul Shuttleworth usually has Hoch style moulds the proper size in stock. I believe that there are still a couple of bags of Winchester 32-40 brass on our for sale board.
