This site indicates that you have a nice Martinit pistol grip stock pattern.

I have a 12/15 and am looking for stock solutions

Could you send me or post some pictures of you solution

I've got a 12/15 about half done using one of our stocks.  I thought I had photos on file, but do not.  It may be a day or two before I can get them done.  These are our adaptations of the Peabody-Martini Long Range design, with the pistol grip.  As I made the pattern, they will accept a Cadet buttplate, though the one I've got in progress has a Stevens plate and the butt has been thinned to match.
