I've done all my 1885's I shoot, but they are original 1885's. If yours has the same mechanics, it's an easy fix. Jake

Thanks for the reply Jake. It's not like an original. It has no lower tang. It has an adjustable trigger from 3.5 to 5 lbs. Wanted to know if anyone had one done and by whom?  Plumloco

After a few phone calls. I found out Lee Shaver does a trigger job. They say they can get it down to about a 1-1/2lbs. I will have to wait until he gets back. I think I can live with that! Plumloco
