Rebarrelling a Ballard rimfire action

Hi - New to the forum, here.  I am currently hot and heavy after a Ballard rimfire action and was wondering if anyone could recommed a good gunsmith to barrel it for me.  Prefer midwest, only because that's where I'm located.   My main goal is to use it for a combo schuetzen / silhouette gun, but I know I will mainly just play around with it.  Thanks for any input.

Dave Casey at Rocky Mountian Cartridge. I guess he is more west than modwest, but he knows these guns. He used to be the restoration gunsmith for Ballard when it was in Cody, WY.

He knows his stuff and is a very good guy to work with.
