Well over a year ago I called Idaho's Cutting Edge to order the pins and screws for a rifle I was restoring. I was told they were out and didn't know when they would have more. Yesterday they called and said the had the parts. I ordered two sets. Be advised, Idaho's Cutting Edge appears to be back in business. They used to advertise in the SSE but I've not seen their ad for quite a while. For anyone who does not know they advertised screws for several different single shot actions.

I'm sure they don't have a web site. I have looked for an old price list that I had to no avail. I will post the information when I recieve the parts. You may be able to google them.

Yes, that is it. I knew the guy had another business and the screw making just a sideline. I've used his products before and was pleased with them. I'm glad they are available again.

Guess what! Pins and screws were in the mail today. Pretty fast, Idaho to Tennessee overnight. They sent a new price list. They have the Ballard block screws that I looked hard for and finally wound up paying over $10.00 each for only $2.50. They don't have all the screws for every action but they do have a lot.

Today I recieved a price list from Idahos cutting edge. There Number is 2083974204. There parts list includes stevens 44  stevens 441/2  sharps borchardt  winchester high wall  rolling blocks  #1 sporter(only)  remington #2  hepburn(remington)  ballard  and miscellaaneous. It states all screws are made of 1144 unless otherwise specified. Harden at 1600 degrees and draw at 600.   
The list 3 pages long and the prices range from 2.00 per up to 10.00 per.
