I need some bag filler for a rear rifle rest, what is the recommended material and where can I get it?  I was going to use fine lead shot but I believe that lead is not legal. Thanks! Joe S

Joe , I have used "extra heavy bag sand" ,it's a product that is quite a bit heavier than regular sand. Bruno shooters supply , and Sinclairs sell this product .    (You need to Login or Register to view media files and links) . I hope that this helps. 4570SS

Do a search on Benchrest.com - "filling sand bags".

I use Hartz buggie gravel mixed with black lizard sand from the pet shop.
