I assume that PM means personal message to a meber.
I can't figure out how to do it.  Can someone tell me?

Click on the members name to the left of a post and a new window will open up. Scroll down to where it says to send a pm and click on that. That will send you to where you can write your PM. To retrieve a PM go to the top of a page and click on the word "messages" which will take you to your mailbox.
