Stevens Favorite - need help with ID

I have a Stevens Favorite in 32 LRF which has an unusual marking stamped onto the left side of the receiver.
REV-O-NOC and either RH.S.B.&Co or H.S.B.&Co.
Many years ago I saw a note in an Amwerican Rifleman which I believe stated it was a Chicago company but I have misplaced the clip.
Can anyone shed light on the receiver stamping?
The first photo is of the action, the second is a closeup of the barrel stamp.

Hibbard, Spencer, Bartlett & Company was a large Chicago hardware company. from about 1860 to 1960. They sold out and became True Value. The sold lots of guns and had many branded with their name much like Sears and Wards.
