Dreilling gunsmith?? in US if possible

A friend has a dreilling that needs help.  He needs the action re-colorcase hardned, the barrels re-soldered, and the barrels re-blued.  Any body know a gunsmith that knows how to do this?

There is a gentleman down in Bend Oregon named Keith Kearcher that specializes in that stuff. He has a website so look in Google maybe.
