I will be having a rifle rebarrelled in 32-40. I will be breech seating a F.J. Zika bullet .322 X 1.125" long and weighing 200 gr. I want to shoot smokeless, or black, and/or duplex for 200 yd shooting. I am seeking twist recommendations. Thank you in advance.

1:14" Twist should do the trick.

Yup 1:14 twist is tried and true for the 200 grain 32-40.

However many Schuetzen shooters using the 32-40 over the last five years have been going to 220 to 235 grain bullets and the 1:11.5 twist.
