Dan I would get the 32-357 if I was u because the 32 miller short is so hard to form down the base of the brass!
With the 32-357 u don`t have to form down the base of the brass
And there the same ecept of the base be just about ,001" smaller on the 32 miller short

Jim,
   I guess I need more information before I jump into this barreling job. I thought that the 32 Miller was the hot set up for smokless lead bullet target shooting. Now you say I should use the 32/357 is that a different cartridge? don't you make the 32 Miller out of .357 brass? Can you give me some
guidence here? Can I get the 32/357 reamer from JGS too? Sorry to be a pest but I'm just getting into this type of shooting and infomation is scace arround here.

Dan Stone;
                 Ask all the questions you like - I'm sure someone can help.  The 32 Dell [32-357] & the 32 Miller Short are really the same cartridge but as Jim said the 32 Miller reamer cuts the chamber at the base the same size as the brass [.375] so the brass must be sized down farther, which requires another sizing die. The 32 Dell cuts a little bigger chamber at the base eliminating this problem. Its really not much of a problem because 50 pieces of brass will last forever--just make-up the brass for the Miller chamber and if needed put the brass on a spinner [Lee] on your drill press and hold a piece of emery cloth on the brass to bring it to size. A point in favor of the Miller reamer as sold by JGS is that the throat for breechseating is part of the reamer the 32 Dell {Charlie Dell] required a seperate throating reamer.
      When I said these two cartridges are the same I don't mean exactly, the 32/ Dell as I recall it about 50 thou longer--Charlie told me He wanted the user to have to use the .357 MAX.--he also says that the German RWS 5.6 X 50R is much better than the .357 Rem brass.  Anyother questions you might have on these two cartridges I'll TRY to answer.   leadball
