Bullet Hand Lubers

I am hoping to build a hand luber that I can take to the range and use at the bench.  I know that Pope made some and I understand that some were made by Charlie Dell but I can't find any detailed drawings so I can make one.  Any advise?

Ed,

  Well, I would suggest you just buy the Dell/Pope style hand luber from Willis Gregroy..... Singleshot on here. By the time you get all the parts, etc. lined up, plus any prints if available, which I doubt, you'd be better off in the long run getting one from Willis. Cheaper to!

  I bought one off Willis a year or so back and for tapered bullets I really like it.
