Are any of you experiencing a time warp like I am. Both my computer and phone have the forum time showing that it is 2:20 am tomorrow morning instead of 7:20 pm today (Saturday).  Maybe I can find out what the stock prices are based on forum time and know what to buy

I see the 25th of October, at 2:41am

But it is the 24th, at 7:41pm!

It appears we are on Greenwich Mean Time.  Admiral Boom must have taken over.

Whew, l thought it was just my computer. I noticed the time change a couple of days ago after one of my pet squirrels tapped danced all over the keyboard.

I was working in the IT department of the WA state dept of transportation during Y2K. They spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on consultants to analyze the issue. Mostly looking at mainframe code. All they had to do was make sure all years were using 4 digits instead of 2. As far as desktops were concerned, we just had to push out a user changeable setting to use 4 digit years.  No WA State ferries sunk on Jan 1 2000. They weren’t hit by falling airplanes either.

Tell me about it. I had to postpone my retirement until we were successfully through that first 6 months. Of course we were personneling and payrolling 325,000 odd employees (and I was one of them) but I had no doubts it would be OK.

I don't see the time posted, so not sure how it's affecting me?

edit-My post says 9:05 and it's 2:05, so same issue for me too.

The solution to the time warp is throw away your time pieces and revert to Indian Time.  When you are hungry, you eat.  When you are sleepy, you sleep.  and when you want to cast bullets then do that too!   Cheesy  Tom
