How might I correct the time stamp I see? In other words what do I need to do to not have to deduct 4 hours to see what time a post was made? I tried clicking on the supposedly correct box for that in my "user CP", and nothing happens. (Box says "UTC") Help!!

Apologies, this should be fixed now.
All TimeZones should now show up in UserCP, and if you had previously set the correct TimeZone it should have changed back from UTC to the one you chose previously.
If the times are not showing properly, check the TimeZone settings in UserCP, and make sure the Timezone is set correctly.
