Is the Rifle Shop out of business? I have tried for two weeks to contact them by phone and voice mail to no avail. They won't answer the phone and won't call you back. Don't understand a business that maintains an on line store but won't answer the phone...

I sent emails last week on a part inquiry.....no reply. They do live up to their reputation of being hard to work with.

They are still in business  as of three weeks ago. Maybe I am lucky but I have not had problems placing orders on the phone.

In their defense, Jesse and Jane are older than me.  They should have retired years ago.   I am surprised they are even still in business. 

Several years ago they were forced to move by the construction of the Kickapoo turnpike.   

I have been to the new location one time out in Wellston.

They were slow and not very responsive at the old location.  Being 80 and smoking I have to wonder if that slows things down even more.

Last I heard Jesse's son was helping out and planning to take things over.
