At last count I’ve fired over 13,000 rounds using 250 Remington cases that were initially resized to .40-65 many years ago.  That’s an average of 52 firings per case with no loses so far.  But did recently tighten up the primer pockets on 10 of them.  Other than that, the cases look great & should last much longer.  After each match & after tumbler cleaning, I always anneal & reload them as fired.  Generally, no resizing or expanding is necessary.  They have shortened a bit but not enough to be concerned about.
