ID oldish powder measure.

Found this a few years ago in a box of reloading stuff at a garage sale. Dug it out this morning and thought i would clean it up. Does it look familiar to anyone? There is a C 4 on the back under the clamp in the casting. 

ETA probably a Lyman 55. What about the color?

ETA2. what year? 

ETA3  I'll go take my meds. 🤣  It's all freed up except the main measure screw. It got a bit of kroil, to hot out to mess with now. May bring it in and clean it up on the kitchen counter.

Got it mostly apart. Drop tube still in but it may stay there. Thinking just a light clean up and put it back together. 
Could throw it in a ultrasonic cleaner. Thinking I will use it to load some 38-55 and 32 long with unique. 
Realized the dinning room table would work to mount in the house. The wood vise, messy bench comments work here. Had to move some stuff out of the way to make room. The table is mainly my ham radio station.  😮

Never did figure out how you smart guys could make a radio out of ham.  I have heard of making a battery out of a potato though.

Polished the top brass measure part with some bar keepers friend multipurpose cook top cleaner. Might clean the stove while I'm doing stuff. Looks better. 

Should I soak the small parts in vinegar or leave them be?
