Barrel Maker Identification

Hi Guys  I just picked up a Winchester HW bench rest rifle in 38-55 from a friends estate. It is fitted with a heavy weight (probably #4) round barrel, in the white, so I assume it SS. The under side is stamped "JA BBL 1-12 twist JUL 05" and it has 6 groove rifling. Since it's so current I am sure it not a Johnson Automatic barrel. He was a long time CBA shooter and I never saw him use a cheap barrel for his rifles. Any idea or thoughts on who the "JA" maker could be? Obviously I haven't done a chamber cast or slugged the bore, however thats for this weekend. regards and thanks!

Sorry guys, I did a little more checking as there was a recoil lug screwed onto the underside of the barrel that I hadn't removed. It's a "LILJA", the "LIL" was covered by the lug so I could only see the "JA", now I know, "LILJA"! Should be a good shooter.
