Martini Cadets

I got to thinking about my little Martini Cadets last night. Pullet them out of the gun safe this morning  and shot 4 and 6 inch plates at 50 yds. Open sights and my 75 year old eyes don't work together any more. Sure fun to shoot though. 120 grain heeled bullet coated in Alox.

My eyes are 11 years older than yours and don't work any better.

I've used JB weld to stick scope blocks on old rifles, my Winders so far.  Check the alignment, clamp down each block and let it sit for a day before you use it.

It is supposed to come off and clean up OK, but I haven't tried that.  My eyesight ain't getting better.
