I have this model 480 scope with hard mounts. Is this in the catalogs?

Yes, those look like a Stevens mount.

One thing to check is hole spacing, .700” front, .825” rear and a 5-40 screw.

A Stevens 480 is an 8X scope, made for 44's/44 1/2's. Should be about 18" long.
It's hard to tell from the pictures, maybe I am seeing things, the rear mount looks to be a side mount.

The rear is a three point mount that sits directly on the top of the barrel. In the picture I just have them turned to see the fixed base. It is just over 18" long. I just have never seen a mount that screwed directly to the barrel.

From the 1908-10 Stevens Scope catalog 
Describing the screw down mount and introducing the new removable mount.
Then the screw down offset mount.
