I found this online recently and found it very interesting (You need to Login or Register to view media files and links)
Hope it comes up ok for you to see.
A lot to read and at the end if you click on the blue words more there as well regarding the Mk 3 as a bench rest rifle.

thanks for the posting, i have only read that about a gazillion times before i got one.  i have one of the heavy barrel mk 3s, and shoot with others who have different weight barrels. All seem to shoot superb. It is my go to if I ever get serious which is seldom. It went to Lapua and showed good accuracy through several lots and .showed a preference for center x. Then there was joy in mudville !

Unfortunately I was never able to find good instructions to disassemble the fire control group on my mk2. When I got it, it tended to fire when closing the action.  I suspected there was gunk in the trigger group,  but since I couldn't find instructions to disassemble it, I just ran the whole thing in an ultrasonic cleaner with ballistol and it seems to have got the gunk out since it works great now!

I think that is what you are supposed to do.
