A good day at the gun shop

So, I needed a quart of milk and went into town and naturally stopped into my local gun shop. When I got there the owner and his guys were unloading a van filled almost to the roof with cased guns and shooting stuff from a dealer that he had bought out. He was in the process of entering them into his books and so nothing was priced yet and I'm standing there watching one gun after another come out of it's case and all of a sudden there are two #2 rolling blocks and a Stevens pocket rifle which I asked him to set aside. Some more good stuff came out and then my knees went weak when he pulled out a Favorite Ladies Rifle in better than 85% condition. Beech front sight with the ivory intact, Lyman tang sight with the large disc, fancy curved butt plate on the fancy perch belly stock with pristine checkering, half octagon barrel etc, etc. What's a boy to do? I bought the #2 which is a nice clean 32/20never abused but sadly with a poor bore. I also bought the pocket rifle because I have never seen one as nice. It's a 22 with matching numbers on the stock and perfect nickel and bluing, looks almost new. At that point my quart of milk was up to $1200 and he set the Favorite aside for me pending future negotiation. Can anyone tell me what a fair price would be for it? As I said it's very, very nice and I want it.  When he closed there were at least 25 more guns to be checked and who knows what might be there. This is the stuff that prevents a good night's sleep but all in all it's been a very good day.
