help to identify this falling block

I was asked to finish this project. It was a Schuetzen that was started by the late Dr. Brewer. forearm was a 3x3 rough cut block with a barrel channel. Stock was huge with the arm hook. caliber was an unknown 8mm wildcat of Doc's. I cut the wood down to a sporter, rebarreled and chambered in 30-40 krag. Still dont know what the make of the action is. Maybe someone on this sight knows. Thanks

Probably a Rice. Contact Jason with Rice barrel company. He now owns the company that produced the actions.  They were produced when Liston Rice owned the company probably in the 90’s. Quite sure that’s what you have as they were produced just a mile or two from my home.
