Have to be post-1925 when Lyman bought Ideal.  Maybe Depression Era pricing?

Unfortunately the label is probably newer than the checks and dates to a time when no one wanted the checks (because they tend to slip off) and the shop just wanted to get rid of them. Having said that I do remember a time in the late 60s or early 70s when a drug store (not that kind!) had a small sporting goods section they wanted to close out and just put up a sign "All sporting goods 10 cents". I blew all the cash I had and could hardly carry out all the shotgun shells etc.
