I was in a group buy on bulk bottles of 4759 with some of the guys in the old WCSS about 20 years ago.  As I recall it came in 8 lb lots in what looked like old one gallon bleach bottles. I’ll try to get down to the loading room by daylight and get a picture.

Did that also get labeled as  8188 ?  I have a jug and has a label just like yours -says load as 4759

Morning Gents,
Sorry for being late in replying, but when your chasing your tail things never really get done. Still at a lose as what type of powder this can be. The photos' that I posted of the label is the only information I have. From comments that I have received many people purchased this product. Still no answers. 
Thanks for the replies each comment is a step in maybe solving the question.
